Vegetables

Bottle Gourd, Pumpkin, Sponge Gourd, Rigged Gourd, Pointed Gourd, Fenugreek, Spinach, Tomato, Peas, Apple Gourd, Capsicum, Garlic, Mint, Coriander, Cucumber, Potato and onion etc. are the vegetables which should washed properly before eating. These are very beneficial for health.

LENTILS

All yellow split grams, Red Lentil, Turkish Gramnand Chick Peas Lentil.

FRUITS

Fruits of summer season i.e. Banana, Grapes, Papaya, Mango, Watermelon and Musk Melon are very good in order to keep the immune system intact.

  • Tulsi 40 gram + Black pepper 20 gram +Dry ginger 20 gram + Cinnamon 20 gram.
  • The above-mentioned ingredients should be dried and put in a air tight container. Everyday 3 gram of the powder should be mixed with 150 ml of boiled water . Take it twice a day for good health.
  • Drink water 4-5 times a day.
  • Avoid the usage of products, which are chilled/ cold.
